This blog will follow my attempts add adjusting my eating style. I'm not eliminating anything completely, but increasing my seed-type items. By having others read what I'm eating and doing, I hope it will help me stay on track. If nothing else, it will help me keep track of what I'm eating and if I'm making changes for the better.
